I bought a whole bunch of yummy asparagus while I was in Yakima on a business trip last weekend and this is the first of two recipes on the kitchen docket for the week.
Pros: healthy, delicious when straight from the oven.
Cons: Reheated leftovers didn’t fare quite so well in the microwave. Come to think of it, I’ve never had good luck reheating anything involving phyllo dough. Still it was decent and pretty easy to make. I give it 3.5 stars.
